This is our third Sound Bath this year (!) with Crystal Ashram. You can come relax and enjoy this uniquely designed sound and meditation program, and allow the ancient frequencies from a variety of ancient Tibetan singing bowls to wash over us and nourish mind, body and spirit. If you haven’t attended one before, this is a great opportunity. Please get there early to park and find a good place to sit or lie down inside.
