Hello,

It feels like a most autumn autumn in Washington. May we nourish ourselves with nature and warming things.

FABUM documentary screening: "Magic Pills"

I am thrilled that filmmaker and homeopath Ananda More has authorized me to host a screening of her documentary "Magic Pills" on Monday, November 26th at 7 PM at the Arts Club of Washington. The film explores multiple media campaigns against homeopathy, which propelled More to travel the world and uncover whether homeopathy is truly science-based and effective or a mere placebo that endangers lives.

Conversation will be welcomed and encouraged afterwards and refreshments will be served. More information and RSVP at http://magicpillsdc.eventbrite.com

DTSBDC Brought Silhouettes to Life at NPG...

Dana Tai Soon Burgess Dance Company premiered "Silhouettes" at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery October 27th and 30th, a dance inspired by the "Black Out: Silhouettes Then and Now" exhibition by Asma Naeem, currently on display through March 2019. The performances and imagery were thrilling, and it is a unique and beautiful dance.
