Empath Yoga, Santa Fe

Start time still TBD.

This will be a body meditation and empathic group healing session. We will check in and connect with the body, allowing it to communicate anything it may want or need. We will do some release and energy shifting using yoga postures and gentle stretching, activating and strengthening micro and macro muscles and nourishing joints. We will then connect with allow healing and restorative energy into the body, and release blockages or anything else that is unnecessary to our feeling and being better. The event will involve use of a Tibetan singing bowl.

All are welcome. This event will be hosted by the Eldorado Community Center in Santa Fe, 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (1 Hacienda Loop, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87508).

Jameson and the ‘moment-making’ non-profit FABUM presents a Sound Bath with Crystal Ashram for an enchanting evening of restoration and inspiration. Come enjoy this uniquely designed sound and meditation program, as we allow the ancient frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls to wash over us and nourish mind, body and spirit.

Our programs are open to the community and tailored to meet the needs of people affected by cancer. Classes and workshops are free or low cost on a pay-as-you-can basis, ensuring that our programs are accessible to everyone. All donations support future programming at Smith Center.
